Ugh. Domain squatters. Lowlife scumbags the lot of them.

The late lamented nom-steer and recent infighting over Nominet are prime examples of what happens when the squatters get representation; it suddenly stops being a service for the public good and starts moving towards a service for private profit - having got someone elected to the Nominet PAB under effectively false pretences, the squatters objected to his removal and then proceeded to try and destroy all community discussion by spamming the list with high-volume half-baked argument.
