Well, apart from Robin #133 making me cringe at the Timmay character assassination...

Finally have my paws on the DC From Eroica With Love translation, first part. Haven't got very far into it as it's really difficult to read, what with it still being in right-to-left-reading mode. All the previous manga I'd read before had been translated and reversed for western consumption.

Rest of comics - BoP, Catwoman - pretty much average. But Ultimates v2 #1 is so squee worthy it's not true. Very talky, very politics and great Cap as man of the 40s still adjusting. And I love Thor. Really I do. Plus, is it me or does anyone else love how the Ultimates don't have any problem with using real-world references? No changing of names, just seamless interaction with the people you'd expect them to interact with on that level.

You get used to the right-to-left thing pretty quickly. More and more manga is being published that way so they don't have to flip the artwork.

I was pretty impressed by the Iraq references. No messing about there! Cap is my fave - his portrayal is just so convincing. Very impressive, especially as the original Captain America bored me stupid. That said, Black Widow is terribly cute...
