Found a resource on the web with the basic yoga poses, and though some are piss-easy, some of them, I'm going 'my god, how do I do this without putting my shoulders out of joint? What do you mean, it's easier the further you shove your hands up your back? Ow. ow. ow.' These are mostly the shoulder stretches. But still, my way to newer, more flexible me...

On the other hand, the sheer amount of sit-ups I'm going to have to do to get my stomach in shape for March con... Others get themselves in shape for bikinis. I get myself in shape for skin-revealing or skin-hugging costumes.

Went for walk. Ears and head now *cold*. But still, bracing.

You know, I've been doing yoga for about 4 years and the first time I ever pulled a muscle was about 2 weeks ago. And that was only because I was holding my breath and wussing out with a yoga block behind my back.

Would you be willing to share the link with the poses? I think I'm in a rut with the same old poses day after day.

it's http://abc-of-yoga.com but it does state that these are the basic yoga poses, so I'm presuming there's nothing new there.
