Spent a couple of hours attempting to force css into making a pleasing basic design to the eye. When you're not working on an hourly basis for actual money, you don't tend to think of how much time it can take just to set up a page and keep tweaking the code, not to mention staring at the references and going '...wheh?' Bear in mind this is the first time I've used css to make the whole design (well, apart from the boxes - couldn't find anything on the tutorials that would help with that, so they were tables). And yes, at times, I was quite willing to go 'screw this margin-right and the horse it rode in on, dammit!'
But still, I suppose it was a bit easier than doing all in tables. And quicker to tweak one file. Still got the graphics to go, and critique from customer. Tired.

So when people ask how long something will take... I don't knwo what to say.
