Didn't get home in time for Dr Who, sadly, so am dling as soon as it comes online.

Anyway, got to Speaker's Corner at 12:30, couldn't see any sign of Dario, and phone elicited ansaphone. Ten minutes later, discovered reason. Dario wasn't there yet. Put out blankies and food and settled in to wait for peoples. Who brought more food and blankies and thus fannish conversation and ball games and frisbee was joined. (the threesome sitting near us were magnets for everyone's balls and frisbees. I swear, they got hit about eight times by tennis balls, sponge balls, Finding Nemo balls, frisbee, boomerang triangles, you name it. And that was just while I was watching.) With the occasional 'going to the corner to find person who's just arrived'. At one point, Jackie, me, and a few other girls decided to tackle Dario and tickle him. He didn't really object, and the photos... well, it got named 'Brides of Dracula' and our sector cracked up when I compared it to Giles in the Dracula ep - 'wait, my shoe...' Turns out Ming is on his lonesome for not liking SG:A. Spread the sacred word of http://empireonline.co.uk - if you're in the UK near a Vue cinema, they're doing free tickets on the 26th for Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy. Near the end, found that rather little alcohol had been drunk, and I wasn't carting two full bottles back (Smirnoff ice had been drunk) so handed out the cups and went 'who wants Baileys?' Have also tried Krispy Kremes. meh. rather average, prefer standard bakers' ones.

Need to collapse - almost fell asleep from sheer tiredness on train and bus home.

Oh no I'm not. There's a fair few in the TN who share the view that it's passable but not great. Where we diverge is that I tend to think similarly about SG-1! It's something I'll continue to watch when it comes back on but for me it's something to watch when convenient as opposed to BSG which is watch immediately stuff. Even at midnight when I've just back in from fencing...

last I saw it was in the features column. Print out voucher on 15th, take along to vue cinema, get tickets. Et voila!

Party in the park
