If you watch SGA? liviapenn is challenging people to amalgamate other fandoms into it. As scientists, another off-world team, and so on. Not replacing other characters, just being another lot of characters in it. I appear to be being beaten over the head to write the Ankh Morpork City Watch in there since I suggested it (you're also allowed to nominate bunnies you're not going to write yourself), but am having problems. I have three members of my off-world team, which are Vimes, Carrot and Angua. My problem is no. 4, since Colon is way too unfit and I refuse to let Nobby loose on a poor unsuspecting galaxy. They're getting jobs on Atlantis proper. Any nominations for person no.4? Visit? Detritus? (Cuddy is with the scientists, and Igor is in with Carson's medical team) Reg Shoe?

I'm also pondering Sharpe's team bunnies, but the only problem is who to exclude, since there's just too fricking many of them.

And for Sharpe, you could just go with the ones who survived to Sharpe's Waterloo. (Obviously, requiring them to survive through Waterloo would result in a teeny tiny team.)

I had the oddest dream the other day, that kinda lingered & is now threatening to choke me if I don't release it.

Firefly was shipping a giant 'ring'.
River kinda bonds with it's 'vibrations'.
She discovers that she can make it 'sparkle'.
Alternate universes lie beyond...

All this over what started out as a dream where River was sitting by a lake, running her hands through the water watching the ripples it made...
