burntcopperAll christmas shopping done thanks to Frost Fair, aside from bro, who is being a git and indecisive.
Am a little peeved that the Frost Fair didn't start properly until 4pm today, by which time I was gone - plenty of stalls for shopping, which I'd gone there for originally, but apparently there were going to be parades and jugglers and fire eaters and things all weekend. Oh well. Did go to Globe Exhibition, which had swordfighting demos with broadswords, and the fightmaster was explaining stuff to me and correcting them as we chatted, and I was pretty much going 'oooo, more'. And then the bastard was asking if I was involved in theatre, and pointing out that there's admin jobs at the Globe. See me wail slightly that I've only been with my current job a few months. God, I'd so kill for that.
Tomorow, meeting up with daegaer and co for dinner - I think I'm going to be the only one there who knows bugger all about manga. Contemplating going to see a show.
