Expo was... strange. Mostly spent it meandering, trying not to be dizzy, confirming my theory that anime is *weird* and going 'Why is there nothing I want to buy here?'

Got a photo with Tahmoh Penikett, looked in on Shaun and Jackie, got recognised by two people as Jenny Sparks (which mostly consisted of me pulling out one vest and one pair of trews and then pulling hair into ponytail), and by more people from conventions. One of whom was checking whether I didn't get cold due to standing around in the wet and cold in a bikini at NFA. Cue the heat rash explanation.

The entertainment cosplay on sunday was all of four people, one of which was a damn cool White Queen of Narnia, who was getting tokens handed to her left right and centre. The one who won was a v. good Beauxbatons student.

Anime... there should be a large sign on entering : 'this is a ridiculously large arena. Please do ones from the very very popular things, like Yu-Gi-oh, that everyone will know. This will reduce the slightly confused expression on 90% of people's faces.'

Today was spent in laundry and chocolate digestives. Also watching Kitchen Confidential.

Kitchen Confidential will soon be on UK tv. Mwhahahahahaha

she had me pouncing on her and going 'cooooooooool' and then we costume-geeked. including lifting her capelet and going 'omigod you did the shirt?' and then both of us bitching about trying to find the correct shoes.
