Just so you know, I'm changing my username. I've been kabukivice since my early-ish days in fandom (well, I spent the first bit as ghoststar3, but the only people who knew me as that were the very early members of the Warren Ellis Forums and my god, that takes me back.) and I'm very, very bored of it. (also, I haven't been a fan of the Kabuki comic in years.) So if you see burntcopper appear on your flist? That's me.

Probably going to phase out kabukivice.com and move everything fannish over to darkisrising.net as well.

&flail; THIS IS GOING TO TAKE SOME GETTING USED TO.

Now I know how people felt when I changed my name. Cognitive dissonance, man. Cognitive dissonance.

Dude. I've been kabukivice since about 1998/9. Now I'm going to confuse people. :smirk: (mind you, people will now be able to spell it...) though what *will* people call me? ghoststar3, I used to get 'gs3', kabukivice, it was kabuki, kv, or kb. The gunbunny name is almost universally 'GB' or 'the bunny'. This, we shall see. oh yes.

Oh, it works, and it's actually not that hard to remember, I don't think. Just weird initially.

Also, have you seen that Craig is pushing for some gay action in the next Bond, as it's the twenty-first century? He even used Jack Harkness by way of example, saying that no one blinked when there was gay in Who.

ENJOY THE BUNNIES.

:goes starry-eyed over Daniel Craig:

...you do remember that comment I made about slashing Jack and James, right?

Well, I know *that*, but it's still off-putting to see someone and initially go 'wait, who's that and how did they get onto my flist?'.

Not saying I don't understand the urge to do it, mind, as I did it myself a few months ago obviously, just that it can be a bit weird at first.

Confussed me for about 5 secs, then I read what the most recent post said & it was just so unmistakably YOU.
