cheese! more cheese!

Review of JB's Another Side :
Pure, pure, undiluted cheese. I can't stop giggling half the time.
Standouts, or at least ones I wish to comment on :
Time after Time? I cannot ever form a coherent reasoned response for any version of this song. Damn you, Cyndi Lauper. Also Baz Luhrmann. Combined with JB on vocals... :happy sigh:
I take back my first impression of Every Little Thing She Does is Magic. Oh all right, the subtle mariachi beat works and JB has been promoted to the ranks of people who're allowed to sing it aside from Sting and The Magnets.
Your Song - JB can sing better than Ewan Macgregor and Elton John. thppppbbbt.
Heaven - oh, Bryan Adams. may your ballads always be cheese-filled. Though it's very odd hearing it sung with a nice voice.
Being Alive - :narrows eyes at John: *Not* your best effort, sweetheart. You can do it far better than this. Far too smooth.
Feeling Good - squee! We'd only had the Royal Variety version of this available previously. Doesn't quite have the cool factor of the other one (more strings and smoother orchestration in this one), but still oh-so-good.
