Phone the box office. My friends booked on-line and then phoned the box office and got better seats. They are apparently helpful and will swap them for you.

To be honest we'd all booked way before the list officially confirmed it (currently have 5 tickets sat in my bedroom) because JB had repeatedly said he was doing it and so I think I have front row for three performances and then decent enough seats on the last day but they'd already sold 19,000 tickets before the official confirmation came through.

my main problem was getting people to confirm - I would've booked earlier but getting hold of people was my problem.

The site now is terrible for booking - I don't know why they decided to change it. It was much better before.
