ah, the rules of 'guest right' that get drummed into you at an early age... New temp. See me be absolutely scandalised that Lissy hadn't got him a drink yet. Does anyone know why the first question you ask if it's clear they're staying for more than a few minutes being the drink question is still hanging around of all the old guest right rules? It's not like you automatically open your home anymore. The 3 day factor is only applicable in very specific circumstances.
Need to book appt at Bravissimo. Bollocks. Why didn't I go into the one in Cardiff when I was there and it was a quiet tuesday morning? I'm going to have to book at the one on Oxford Street. Oh, yeah, it was because I didn't think I was over a C cup. Interim bra (that at least is more comfy, the cups aren't gaping and the wires aren't digging in in weird places due to being too loose) is a 32c and I have a slight case of double boob.
I has an mp3 player. (graham at work chucked his at me because he hadn't used it in several months) I'd completely given up on ever listening to music on the go since I got so frustrated with my CD walkman a good few years back. This could get a wee bit addictive.

nancy_or_oliver) Slightly surprised at how cutting ALW is being about Ashley, but considering I always had issues with her expressions/stage work, I'm not too upset about her being on the hitlist. Now we just need to get rid of Keisha. I loved her to pieces in the first week, but since then...eurgh. Interpretation's been terrible. Get the Party Started should've been a gift to someone with a Shirley Bassey voice. Lady is a Tramp wasn't bad, but too cabaret. (see Daniel's interpretation for how it should be done.) The Whatsonstage review said 'My heart will go on' was a bad choice and an awful song, but I distinctly remember Helena actually making it *interesting*, which is the mark of a good musicals performer. As usual, evisceration of the costume people needs to be done - those Viva Las Vegas outfits were fucking scary. But did prove that Niamh is so not right for Nancy - looked like a stick insect, couldn't carry off the ballsy tone needed for it. Considering how close VLV is to Oom-pa-pa in tone, that's a major failing in a Nancy. Jodie can do this kind of song in her sleep. Far as I'm concerned, the fight is currently Jessie-Jodie-Sarah-Rachel. Jessie I seriously hope ups her acting ability. Sarah I'm not sure I can take too seriously since I always want to pinch her cheeks. Jodie may be *too* ballsy - I keep picturing her kicking Bill Sykes' arse. Rachel's damn good but missing something. As for Samantha, it may be just song choice, since first week she owned the stage with 'I love rock and roll' but hasn't been given anything remotely similar since - it's all been very ladylike stuff. Which...er... isn't Nancy. Sabotage at work?
