have very odd realisation - at least two of my chapters have a bunch of notes on the bottom of them of 'yes, I'll get round to it when I've researched/am in the mood to write that stuff.' One of which will leave giant gaps of 'er, sorry, what's the situation with those characters and why are they so bloody blase about this' and the other is 'er, I have no idea how you established this bit'. (one is the Susan/Peter/Caspian situation and the other is the laws bit)

shush. Devoting myself to more plot stuff. Still, at least I'm okay on word count. need to finish the whole biot of revels and their knock-on effects, then I promise I'll get round to figuring out the law situation, then it's er... Narnia vs. Telmarines and integration issues, talking about Cair paravel, Archenland, and at this rate I think the marriage is actually goign to be the bloody epilogue. Which i am not going to fit into 15k.
