I sympathise wholeheartedly, whenever I have coffee I spend hours bouncing around and then crash spectacularly, redbull is worse, I scare people when I drink that :S But I don't get migraines if I ration myself on the coffee.

If you can't get off the caffeine try a 5-HTP supplement, its a precursor to seratonin and could help with the headaches and the sleeping. Seratonin imbalance can cause migraines and sleep disturbance.

Feverfew taken regularly might help too, thats been used for migraines for centuries.

And I am a herbal remedy geek :( I need to leave work at work.
