Went to doc about the not-quite-migraine things and the sleeping shit.
So now have been told to lay off the caffeine, red wine and cheese, and try nytol for sleeping.
I don't drink wine, and cheese I can take or leave, but caffeine... oh christ. I tried today without it and was nearly nodding off by 4:30. At this point I can't tell how much of this is just how much i rely on the caffeine to get me through the work.
I...just... :wails, hugs coffee close: I like being an addict! It's fun! It gets me through my job!

Feverfew taken regularly might help too, thats been used for migraines for centuries.
And I am a herbal remedy geek :( I need to leave work at work.
