I said left turns at Great Portland St on a third Thursday because it's closest but, strictly, that only applies on a third Thursday after 4pm. Unless you meant the 1938 Huntington amendment?

after 4pm in a leap year. I'm quite aware of the Huntington amendment, but prefer not to get into it since the third paragraph, subsection (b) allows for the release of weasels into Marylebone.
