In prep for the carpet being changed and the ceilings being re-plastered, just moved all the living room books and bookcases up to the spare room. Sweaty and awkward work, but not pulled owt, so there's a plus. Before that I was moving and reshelving some of mine. Sorted some into better places, discovered a couple of those horrors like the fantasy books you read as a teen - hello oxfam pile. Oh, and one of those fan-capitalisation books that relatives give you because they know you like a tv show. lots of photos nicely presented, not much content.

Located a few rare Neil Gaiman compilations I hadn't seen in a while as they have a tendency to wander into the spare room bookcase - yes, I have Angels and Visitations. neurgh.

Eyed the Harry Potter/LOTR/Torchwood corner. Pondering how much I really want to keep the Harry Potter books as I have no idea whether i'll ever re-read 'em and they're big buggers.
