burntcopperTired. Need sleep. Spent most of the day trying to stop my self lapsing in and out of doze - the only time I wasn't was when I was on the caffeine.
Work's got to the point where we no longer need to think desperately to input the data, "Aaaagh! What goes in this field? Heeeellllllp!" Today the only time we asked for help was when the applicant had such bad handwriting we needed second opinions. Going into zombie-like automated process, with cursing whenever someone forgets something as simple as basic income. So the sleepiness got worse....
