Ming just told me that Alan Cumming's just been cast as Nightcrawler in X-men 2. Most odd. Still, if he can do the German accent - he always comes across as very supple and athletic, so *maybe* he could pull off being a trapeze artist. Stiil, Alan Cumming in anything is no bad thing. Ever.

and they've cast some kid as Pyro. Holds questioning hand up Errr... I thought they already cast someone as Pyro. We saw him in the last film, flicking the lighter in the classroom to create a ball of flame.

Oh well. Bryan Singer, we bow before thee and trust thee to do right by our fave mutants. Hoi, Gen X and Excalibur are our favourite mutants. :elbows the small voice: Yes, we know, but considering Iceman's not even 20 yet there's no way Gen X will be out of junior school. Even if we have seen Jubes. And somehow I doubt they'll add an alcoholic British superhero, his elvish girlfriend, Jean and Scott's daughter from the future, or a chain-smoking bastard of a Brit spy to corrupt Kitty anytime soon...
