burntcopperHave spent morning do exercise bits and getting skin cancer. hard life. Sit ups increased. Really need to start jogging next week. Ten minutes in the garden on the spot is only starting.
Geurch. Appointment for cervical smear next week. Do. Not. Want. This. Possibly the most painful procedure I've ever gone through. Though if they screw it up again like this did last time, I refuse to go in. There's nothing worse than going in for your first one ever, then getting a call a week later telling you the results got screwed up and you have to go in again.
