Saw [livejournal.com profile] munchkinott in town yesterday pre-Equus, where squee and walking and the astounding ability of Heather to get lost on a straight road was proven. Fortunately, it turns out that Victoria -> Picadilly is a mostly straight line, so Munchie got to shepherd us through.

Possibly the only down point on that day? My wallet got nicked at some point on the way home (since Pizza Express hasn't got it). Stopped the cards, bloody annoyance that is having to go to the bank with statement to get money out. The main problem is the fact that my drivers' licence and things like blood donor card were in there.

Today, me and [livejournal.com profile] jamjar went for a constitutional in sunny, sunny and warm Regents' Park. It's like summer. We appear to have completely bypassed spring (what I define as that period where most people wear t-shirt and jeans without the need for a spare jumper) a wee bit early. Today was hot, in that... hmm. I guess the best way to describe is that it was nice, but wasn't one that you could soundtrack with 'Feelin' Good'. In the park, it really really felt like there should be a festival or concert going on in the distance.

Then we came back, ate baklava (Jen told me she's saving it from possibly going stale) and watched S2 Black Books, giggling our heads off.

Watched Dr Who again. It turns out that Uncle Rusty has indeed regained his writing mojo. Kittens!

Any Dream Will Do - good so far. Will be interesting to see more training and so on, which we'll get to see more of as the amount of time given over to performance goes down. I like Lee and Rob and a couple of the others, not too keen on Keith, and Chris C's voice really wasn't strong enough for theatre. Reckon he's a shoe-in for a pop career, though.

no idea, since it was more a meet to keep her entertained pre-Equus.
